Hi Everybody.
It’s been a hot minute since I wrote a post. Over a year to be honest.
Health
In that time I haven’t done many projects, in fact, not any. I have been focusing on my health, more specifically, my feet.
We have a big project we have started on in our upstairs bathroom. We took out an old tub that was put in when the house was built in 1965 and will put a shower in its place.
We have a two-story house with the main rooms upstairs. Downstairs looks exactly the same as the upstairs except the kitchen is upstairs, the family/office is downstairs. I hope that makes sense.
I made a few trips to Goodwill in the last few months, primarily to pick up picture frames. My daughter has been taking a lot of pics and I needed to pick more up.
German Hutch
I picked up a beautiful hutch (that’s what I call it) from the next town over. I am currently using it as a coffee bar. The woman I picked it up from said it was from Germany and she remembers her mom and dad having it when she was little. Love history like that!
Starting an etsy store
I wanted to also let you know that I have started selling T-shirts! I know it is way different than this DIY blog but since I haven’t been able to go back to work, I needed to figure out how to earn a little income. I enjoy the process and there is so much to learn but if you all could do me a favor and check my store front out at Etsy, I would be so grateful. I am just getting started so there aren’t a ton of items in my store but I am working on it.
If you need a gift for the upcoming holidays I would appreciate you stopping by and sharing with your friends and family by spreading the word.
That is it for now! I will try to get on here more often.
My link to my Etsy store is Cheryl Kay Merch
Have a great day friends.
