Hello Everyone.
Last week my husband and I were at the Oregon Coast for vaca. I loved it. All we did was walk the beach and eat.
When I got back, I was sick! I thought I had a cold but I’m betting I had an infection in my feet. I’m diabetic and we walked a lot during our time there. I ended up with blisters on my feet and now I’m paying for it. Cold sweats and shaking, achy and just sore all over. By the time you read this, I will have been to the doc to see what he says.
In the meantime, how about some beautiful pics!
Ok, this one is not beautiful but it does show how foggy it was down there. This is Seaside at Haystack Rock.
Another pic of how foggy it was. It’s low tide.
By the time I reached Haystack, the fog had lifted.
This is looking down on the rock during low tide.
All that green is seaweed.
A ton of muscles are attached to the rocks.
Here is a closer look.
Dotted with Starfish!
Both were huge!
This is Manzanita.
This is the rocky side of Seaside! This is where we built a fire and watched the sunset.
This beautiful cottage is on the Promanade going to see the Lewis and Clark Salt Pots.
The Promenade.
And a final picture that sums up our wonderful vaca!
Sunglasses I found buried in the sand and a sandcastle in the background How fun!
Hope you enjoyed the pics from our vaca. I will be back Saturday with a DIY.
Enjoy your week!

This looks like such an amazing trip! Your photos are stunning and I loved seeing all the starfish hiding in the mussel tower. I’ve never seen anything like that before – that is so cool. Hope you’re on the mend soon and are feeling better. Being sick is no fun at all! Hugs, CoCo
