Made with hamburger, tomato soup and cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 Pkg. 16 oz. Elbow Macaroni
  • 26 oz. Can of Tomato Soup Family Size
  • 1- 1 1/2 Cups Jar of Salsa I prefer Picante mild
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded

Notes

Boil your macaroni according to package directions then drain. Brown your ground beef, drain.
Mix your macaroni, hamburger, tomato soup, salsa, and about 3/4 of the jack cheese together. I just mix everything into the big pan I used for the macaroni. Once mixed together, pour the hamburger and macaroni mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle the rest of the jack cheese on top of the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese on top is melted and browned.
