Happy Tuesday,
I hope everyone’s week is starting out fantastic! It is snowing here! Love the snow if I don’t have to travel.
Today I have another easy recipe for you. Both I and my family love this one. I first started making this when my daughter was in the Marching band in high school. I helped cook when they went out of town to Marching band performances. This is one of the recipes the kids and adults loved.
It’s a simple pasta salad made with rotini pasta, parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, pepperoni, black olives, and Italian dressing. A perfect side dish for BBQs and potlucks, served next to hamburgers or hot dogs, etc.
It has pepperoni in it but you can use bacon or salami instead or leave out the meat altogether.
I use Zesty Italian dressing but regular Italian dressing works just as well. This time I used 2 heaping tablespoons of mayo but it is just as good without. My husband says he can’t tell either way, lol.
I recommend refrigerating for at least an hour before serving. This gives the flavors a chance to come together, plus this dish is best served cold.
It beats store-bought and is just as fast to put together.

The amounts can vary depending on your taste and what you add can change also. Make it your own, with your favorite ingredients.
