Good morning on a beautiful sunny Friday!
I hope it is the same where you are!
This post will be short and sweet! I guess most of mine are lol. I have been incorporating more veggies and fruit into my diet.
Trying to stay away from the more processed foods. Tuesday I started exercising. I walked 30 minutes to start. Thursday I included sit-ups and push-ups, lol. The easy kind. I won’t be able to do these two exercises after my surgery for a few weeks but I can walk, that’s what is suggested.
I will not be continuing my health journal, #1 – there is not enough interest and #2 – I’m tired and 3 posts a week are a little more than I can do right now.
I appreciate all of your encouragement and hope that I can continue some projects I still have. I’m not sure how I will be feeling after the surgery but will let you know if anything changes. I still hope to post as much as possible.
