Boil whatever noodles you want or have on hand. I use spaghetti. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain.
Combine sauce ingredients, vegetable oil, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, and chili sauce in a separate bowl.
Chop your garlic and ginger and whatever vegetables you want. I use onions and red or orange bell peppers. I like fresh garlic and ginger when I have it otherwise I use the jarred stuff.
Saute the vegetables in a large fry pan until desired doneness. Add your garlic and ginger and give it a mix.
When the vegetables are done, add your drained noodles and your sauce, mix well and you're done! Eat!!
